Mission: We shape the future of compensation. We bring those benefits to companies that really suit everyone. Our algorithm finds the best benefit providers on the market for companies and employees, which can then be managed, communicated and booked via a 360° platform.
I believe that salary packages should be as diverse and individual as the people themselves. Over the past few years, I have worked in both HR and business consulting. In doing so, I have noticed how difficult it is for employers to select benefits for employees, administer them and communicate them. My clients wanted one person who could do all that for them. This is how the idea for the platform was born. 😉

These are definitely the strong partners that I was able to win over for my idea and are now burning for the mission. Whether it's the allygatr team, the business angels, and especially my team, of which I am very proud. So we were able to develop the algorithm, onboard the first customers and take a run-up for 2022. 🙂
🚗 What drives you?
The freedom to implement exactly what you imagine. It's exciting to see how an idea comes to life piece by piece.
Be patient. 🙂 Especially in the beginning, you want to get everything implemented as quickly as possible and move forward quickly. But sometimes you have to be patient and give things time so that everything falls into place.
🎉 What was the best part of founding a startup for you?
There really isn't a single point - everything has changed completely for me since then: there is no longer a daily grind, which has made my life more exciting and dynamic. In a very short time, you learn so much and can work every day not only on your business, but also on yourself.
📚 Is there any advice you can give to other founders?
What helped me was the decision to commit 100% to my "project", i.e. to go "all in". The moment you can put your full focus on one thing, you get a clearer view of things and move forward faster.
Especially in the initial phase, there are so many unbelievable topics and areas that need to be mastered. Having strong people and professionals at your side is a huge support. I was looking for a partner who already had experience with the digitization of HR cases. Right from the first conversations, I had the feeling that allygatr could give me exactly the support I needed.
⭐ How has your experience been with allygatr?
Only positive. 😉 A lot has happened in the past few months - the first funding, creating a roadmap, product development, recruitment... allygatr is always there for us and I know I can approach Ben & his team with any questions.

XING/Linkedin - it's almost impossible not to hear about Ben there, given his number of followers and posts.
