Mission: We firmly believe that with our products and digital ideas we can combat the shortage of skilled workers in craft and industrial businesses and thus improve the lives of thousands of people.
USP: With our digital all-in-one staffing solution, we make it possible for craft and industrial businesses to recruit qualified employees effectively, inexpensively and legally securely, thus combating the shortage of skilled workers in the skilled trades.
We founded Hammerjobs to be able to implement our own ideas / vision as we see fit. Also, we think it's cool to be our own boss and thus have more flexibility and freedom.
🔝 List up to 3 of your greatest achievements to date.
At one of our clients, we were able to achieve 99 applications in 30 days, and at another client, two new employees were hired within 30 days. We are incredibly proud of the fact that we managed to found a start-up while studying, which we are now expanding full-time.
🚗 What drives you?
To have the goal in mind of becoming the market-leading contact for skilled labor recruitment and job placement for skilled trades and industrial companies. We are motivated to develop solutions for the future now and to know that our actions today build the momentum of tomorrow.
Having the belief that you have to offer and implement everything for every customer. Learning: It is important to be particularly good at one activity and to concentrate/focus on it. You should not get involved in other activities for which you are not a specialist, because the training and implementation takes an incredible amount of time.
🧗 Your biggest challenge so far in founding a start-up?
Founding a company while studying and balancing both. But with clear, automated processes and a good schedule, it's possible.
🎉 What was the best part of founding a startup for you?
The fact that we had the opportunity to choose after graduation whether to go into a permanent position or to focus entirely on our company. Since we already had a high order situation at that point, we were ultimately able to opt for the latter.

We are still at the very beginning of our joint journey. However, in the area of strategy, marketing and sales, we have already efficiently started to implement after a short period of time. Through years of experience, allygatr takes a structured approach and has clear processes.
